Whale of a Time
We are open from 10am until 6pm seven days a week. This soft play centre has been around for a number of years and offers not only free parking, also excellent transport routes via bus and rail and a shopping centre on its doorstep. The new management have proved their determination to develop the facility in their efforts to improve the quality and presentation in the Cafe and in their considerable investment with safety within the play structure. New tables, chairs and sofas have been introduced due to customer feedback and the introduction of two built-in party rooms have proved extremely popular. Whether it is a change in menu options or new painting features, the centre is always changing and developing for the benefit of its customers. We have many child minders and nannies visiting and offer a discounted rate at all times. We recognise some parents wish to go into the framed structure with their children and allow this in both the baby and main frame areas. Obviously, we must monitor parent activity very carefully as some parents tend to become cildren themselves (then who can blame them). We offer nights for special events and also for group visits. For a number of years we have had the Autistic Society and we are keen to encourage other groups to utilise this facility. You'll find us at the Rear of Shawlands Arcade Shopping Centre.
We have one of the largest baby and toddler areas of all the soft play centre's. Refurbished and Under New Management who have a desire and determination to offer safety and professionalism in all areas of its business. Our centre is ever developing with a continuous painting and maintenance programme. Quality of products purchased and presentaion of food have improved dramatically. We have regular events and have operated a hugely successful Halloween party and Santa's Grotto. One of the owners chooses to be heavily involved in both these events, not always by choice, simply due to 'no padding required' at Christmas or mask at Halloween', what a good sport Ann is!!
