Wills

Making a Will is often not at the forefront of our minds, but it really should be because the absence of a Will can make life extremely difficult and upsetting for loved ones following one’s death.   A Will allows you to choose how your money and assets are distributed and avoids the anguish associated with intestate succession.   We offer fixed fee rates for drafting a Will and reduced fees for drafting a Will with a Power of Attorney.
